Crossroads Clinic Closing: July 11, 2008
After completing an analysis of our UW Health Crossroads Clinic, we have made the difficult decision to merge the clinic with the UW Health Portage Clinic effective July 11, 2008.
Our goal at UW Health is to continue to provide excellent care within your community.
